I spent four wonderful days at Nisbet Plantation and I can't stop raving about it. It is by far one of the most relaxing spots in the Caribbean, it is so serene and peaceful that you simply can't find a way to get stressed about anything. It is the way a vacation is supposed to be. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. What makes this resort a complete winner is the high level of service and friendliness. The staff will constantly greet you with a smile and will even remember your name. They make your stay at Nisbet special because they don't treat you like a regular guest, they make you feel welcome and appreciated. I have traveled the world over the years and I have not felt this way in many places. This hotel is extraordinary. When I go to the Caribbean I want to feel like I am in the Caribbean, and this is exactly what Nisbet feels like. The ceiling fans (although all units provide A/C as an alternative), the shutters on the window, the constant breeze and the sound of the birds and the ocean. And finally, the food is "unbelievable". Whether you are having breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will enjoy every bite. Do not miss the Clam Chowder at Breezes, the best I have ever had!! After spending the day in the sun and the ocean, nothing beats a couple of cocktails with home made Hors d'Oeuvres, followed by fine dining at the Great House.
